About Us

We are two friends that are passionate about printmaking.  Between us we have over 20 years of creative arts technicianing and teaching experience behind us. We had a vision of having a space where we could expand on our own printmaking practice and also run workshops to share our knowledge to others. So, Print [works] Weston CIC was born! At the beginning of 2021 we registered as a CIC and so the task of finding a space to work from began....

In the September, we were offered the rental of a small unit just outside Weston-super-Mare at Ivy House Farm Business Centre on Wolvershill road.  Since then, we have been busy getting the space ready to have guests!  Recycling and repurposing (as well as a very tight budget!) are very important to us, so when we moved in to the workshop, we have tried to repurpose anything we could that was already there.

More recently (September 2022) we moved to a bigger premises at Balmer Knightcott Industrial estate, on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare.  This has allowed us to expand what we are able to offer and introduce more specialist equipment.  We hope to have a space that we very much hope you will feel at home in. Welcome to Print [works] Weston....
