Please read!! Workshop information

The print workshops are delivered in a fun yet informative way by Claire Sellers and Tracey Stokes, local print makers and experienced technicians to college level. 

Adults only please, (unless specified otherwise) although teenagers are welcome with a participating adult.  Please email if you want to enquire further about this.

There will be a maximum of 6 people at each workshop, the smaller numbers giving you more time with your instructors to learn. Please bring some inspiration with you such as sketchbooks, magazine pictures or something that can get you started with an idea. We will also have plenty of inspiration on hand to help. 

It would be a good idea to wear old clothes or bring an apron.  We will get messy!  Also, please wear some layers in case you get a little chilly! It can get a little cold in our workshop in the winter months.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided but please bring some lunch for all day workshops.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops and offer a full refund if there are insufficient numbers signed up.  If there is any reason you cannot attend, please give us as much notice as you can. No refunds given but please contact us by email as a place on another workshop can be arranged (space permitting.)

Once at the site entrance, follow the road straight up through the units until it bears right.  Follow this road up the hill until you see Unit 28.  We are currently working on some signage to help people identify us easier.

 

There is plenty of parking outside our unit and elsewhere onsite.

The value of the voucher is £40, however the cost of the voucher will be charged at checkout at £42 to cover the cost of postage and packing.  The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and is redeemable against any workshop session that is advertised on the workshops section of our website www.printworksweston.co.uk.  Workshops are added regularly.

Once we receive your order we will send you a physical voucher by Royal Mail.  We can fill it out with the information you provide.

All our vouchers are hand made and hand printed to provide you with a unique gift giving experience.

Current 2024 workshops

 

Summer Junior Print Club £60 for 4 sessions

We are pleased to be offering weekly junior Print Club sessions for young people. 

If you are aged between 10 - 16, come along to learn some fun Printmaking processes.  Including, drypoint printing, screen printing, relief printing, cyanotype and collagraph. 

These will be running on Tuesday mornings 10.30 - 12.30. Starting on 23rd July through to 27th August 2024.  These sessions will be taught workshops in a different print process each week.  The cost is for four out of the six sessions. You choose which 4 sessions you come to. Ideal if you have a family holiday booked during the school summer break.

No experience is necessary, just the enthusiasm to try something creative. We can get messy, so old clothes recommended! (Aprons can be provided.)

23rd July - Cyanotype

30th July - Drypoint

6th August - Screen printing

13th August - Collagraph

20th August - Relief printing

27th August - Screen printing
